must accompany all entries in order to complete membership requirements.

If you are 50 years of age or older, we invite you to become a SBA Member so that you can participate in SBA Tournaments.
Joining is simple. Just click on the link below and print out the entry form. Then mail the completed form, along with your entry fee, and copy of your valid drivers license (with proof of age) to the address provided on the form.
